EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
At Notiv, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We pack our products with immense care and love to ensure they reach you safely. Please review our exchange/return policy below and use this link to create an exchange.
Damaged Products Upon Arrival
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged:
1) Notify Us Immediately: Send us a photo of the DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE DAMAGED BOX within 24 HOURS of receiving your order.
2) Proof of Damage: To approve an exchange/return for a damaged item, we require a VIDEO RECORDING OF YOU OPENING THE PARCEL, clearly showing any damage to the packaging and the product itself.
3) Resolution: Once approved, we will resolve this for you immediately with a free exchange/return.
General Exchange Conditions
For any approved exchange/return, the following conditions must be met:
Original Condition: Returned items must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received them.
Original Packaging: All products must be returned with their ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT, including all stickers.
Original Documents: Please return all original papers, such as invoices or packing slips, with the product.
Approval Required: All exchange/return requests must be APPROVED BY THE NOTIV CARE TEAM before processing.

Quality Check: Once we receive your returned items, they will undergo a quality check. Exchange/Return will only be processed if the product is received intact with all stickers/packaging and is in unused condition.
Exchange/Return for Disliked Products (Customer Initiated)
If you wish to exchange/return a product because you didn't like it upon arrival:
Shipping Costs: Both the RETURN SHIPPING TO US AND THE SHIPPING FOR THE NEW ITEM WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
Product Selection: You can choose any other item from the complete Notiv catalogue in our inventory for your exchange/return.
Store Credit: If you do not wish to receive another product, a store credit/voucher will be generated for you. This voucher can be redeemed anytime within the next 3 MONTHS without any limitations.
Shipping Charges Exclusion: Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN EXCHANGE CREDITS.
Exchange/Return Process & Timelines
We aim to process all approved exchange/return within 10 DAYS of receiving the returned item.
In rare cases, if your pincode is unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery) for reverse pickups, the pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again. Alternatively, you may send the courier at your own expense. When doing so, please MAKE A VIDEO OF THE ITEM WHILE PACKING IT to ensure proof of condition. MAKE SURE ENOUGH BUBBLE WRAP IS USED WHILE REPACKING, so that the package and items stay intact. Any breakage while exchanging/return by the customer will not be approved.
Once returns clear our quality checks, you will receive your store credit/voucher.
Shipping Delays & Time-Sensitive Orders
Notiv utilizes third-party courier services and is NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING. We provide approximate delivery timelines and extend our best support to ensure prompt delivery.
For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to our customer team to inquire about specific delivery estimates.
Order Cancellations & Non-Acceptance
Orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR ALTERED AFTER 4 HOURS of placing the order.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer, it will be treated as a return, and Notiv reserves the right to CHARGE TWO-WAY SHIPPING COSTS.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are not accepted, Notiv reserves the right to DENY FUTURE ORDERS from the same customer account.
Multiple Exchange/Return Requests & Disputes
We reserve the right to DENY AN EXCHANGE/RETURN OR TO CHARGE FOR THE EXCHANGE/RETURN if multiple exchange/return requests have been initiated from the same account.
We strive to resolve all disputes amicably, as we want the best for your home. In case disputes are not resolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Amritsar, India.
Bulk & Custom Orders
This exchange/return policy does not apply to bulk or custom orders. We will discuss those case-by-case.
